When creating my outcomes, I go through many stages of creation. This starts with mindmaping what would be included, thumbnail sketches, developing the final imagery, and finally adding details refine the final piece. I have added the pages from my visual evidence document that I submitted for my degree to show my working. This is from my D&AD project showcasing my evidence file creation.
